Inspectors found people were protected from avoidable harm, had good access to healthcare, and received care from kind, well-trained staff who understood safeguarding procedures.

People and relatives told inspectors they felt safe and had confidence in the management team. Nutritional needs were met, activities were varied, and care was person centred with people's rights respected. The CQC found governance was effective, with clear oversight from the registered manager to the provider.
