The team knew residents well and maintained effective awareness of actions needed to protect people's safety and prevent avoidable harm. Staffing levels were adequate to meet residents' needs, with staff showing responsiveness and flexibility when covering absences or responding to changes in individual care requirements. Recruitment processes were thorough and robust.
