Highfield House

Highfield House provides personal and nursing care to up to 45 people, with 36 residents currently living there. The home specializes in supporting people with complex neurological conditions across three separate wings: a high dependency unit equipped for people requiring ventilation, a nursing unit, and a rehabilitation unit. A dedicated on-site therapy team provides physiotherapy to support residents' rehabilitation.

People received safe care and treatment, with staff demonstrating knowledge of how to maintain people's safety and providing care in line with best practice guidance. Care staff collaborated with the physiotherapy team to support residents' rehabilitation needs.
