Warren Court

Warren Court accommodates up to 19 people, primarily older adults and those living with dementia. The home provides personal care and accommodation services. At inspection, 17 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that people's privacy and dignity were not always upheld regarding toilet facilities, resulting in a breach being issued. Care plans lacked a person-centred approach, missing information about people's preferences for daily care and details about protected characteristics and related support needs. The registered manager acknowledged these concerns and committed to reviewing and revising the care plans.
