Herons Lodge

This care home accommodates up to 10 people with a learning disability and/or autism, as well as those with mental health needs, in a single adapted building. At inspection, seven people were living there. The service provides accommodation alongside personal care within one contractual arrangement.

Inspectors observed how the home supports residents' choices, dignity, and independence, including their access to local communities. The inspection examined the quality of care provided to this vulnerable population and assessed how well the service meets individual needs.
