Heather Holmes Care Home

Heather Holmes Care Home is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 12 people, specialising in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of the assessment, 11 people were living there. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding it met expectations across the areas assessed.

Inspectors found a kind, compassionate staff team who understood people's needs and supported them safely and with dignity. People were helped to build independence, access work placements, leisure activities and their local community. Some improvements were needed, but the provider acted quickly and the CQC was satisfied these had been addressed.
