Heather Holmes Care Home

Heather Holmes is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 12 people with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of inspection, 10 people were living at the home. The service is designed to support residents in living meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. People receive planned and person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive for their needs.

The home is larger than typical domestic-style properties and operates at a bigger scale than current best practice guidance recommends for residential care homes of this type.
