2 Windsor Avenue accommodates five people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, all five registered places were occupied. The home is designed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live as ordinarily as possible. The service provides accommodation alongside nursing or personal care as an integrated package for its residents.
