This residential care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 74 people aged 65 and over, including those with degenerative conditions and dementia. The purpose-built facility spans four floors with three specialist support units serving older persons, nursing care, and people living with dementia. At inspection, 62 people were living at the service.

People and their relatives spoke positively about the care received, with staff treating residents with dignity and compassion while understanding their individual needs, choices and preferences. One relative commented, "Everything is spot on, I couldn't wish for the care to be better, (name) is happy here and we are delighted with the consistent and high quality of care (name) has received over the years." Residents felt the service was homely and welcoming, reported feeling safe, and said there were enough staff to care for them and that they were listened to and treated with kindness.
