Coniston Court provides care and accommodation, including nursing care, for up to 60 people. At the time of inspection, 45 people were living at the home, including older persons and those living with dementia. The provider operates quality assurance systems to monitor standards and drive improvement, supporting people to stay safe through risk assessment and mitigation, person-centred care, and learning from mistakes. Inspectors' observations and feedback confirmed these practices were working effectively. The home's environment is pleasant and enables people to mobilise and orientate themselves.
