Dalmeny House is a Victorian property converted into a care home accommodating up to 13 people, most living with mental health conditions. At inspection, 11 residents were in the home and one was in hospital.

The service supports residents in maintaining contact with family and friends through telephone and video calls, with one designated visitor permitted by prior arrangement. A garden shelter enables socially distanced visits. Residents are encouraged to pursue their hobbies and interests, with people observed engaging in activities during the inspection visit.
