The Grange Care Centre

The Grange Care Centre is a nursing home accommodating up to 160 adults across eight units, including two specialising in support for adults under 65 with physical disabilities and units caring for older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 148 people were living at the service, operated by Bondcare (London) Limited.

Inspectors found that people did not always receive their medicines as prescribed, with some individuals requiring medicines at specific times not receiving them when scheduled, potentially affecting their effectiveness. Care plans designed to describe people's needs were not always personalised and sometimes contained conflicting information. While the provider had systems in place for monitoring and improving service quality, these were not implemented effectively enough to identify issues such as medicines being given at wrong times or care plans lacking personalised details.
