Harley House Care Home Ltd

This care home provides personal and nursing care to up to 28 people aged 65 and over and those with physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 16 people were using the service.

The home has processes in place to protect people from harm and abuse, with staff trained and aware of their responsibilities for escalating concerns. People's safety is promoted through assessed risks and care plans that provide clear guidance for staff on reducing these risks. Care plans and risk assessments are monitored and reviewed regularly, and when accidents or incidents occur, the home identifies learning to prevent future occurrences.
