Toller Road

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care for up to eight adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health difficulties. At inspection, four people were using the service. The home delivers person-centred support designed to enable people to live meaningful lives with control, choice and independence.

People using the service told inspectors they felt safe. Safeguarding systems and processes were in place, with staff understanding how to report concerns of abuse. Staffing levels were adequate to meet people's personalised care needs, and risks were managed effectively. Staff followed good practice guidelines for infection prevention and administered medicines safely. The service had systems in place to learn lessons when things went wrong.
