Inspectors found the provider remained in breach of regulations relating to safe care and good governance, with quality assurance tools not yet fully embedded and some records lacking detail. People and relatives spoke positively about staff, describing them as friendly, attentive and helpful, and felt safe and well supported, though some infection control and environmental improvements were still ongoing.
