Meadow House

Meadow House provides personal care for up to nine younger adults and older people with primary mental health needs. Seven people lived at the home at the time of inspection. Residents felt safe and staff understood their responsibilities for safeguarding.

The home had improved its management of individual and environmental risk, including fire safety procedures, though further improvements were needed to ensure all care occurred in a fully safe environment. Staff had been recruited safely and were trained in infection prevention and control measures. People received their medicines as prescribed from trained staff members.
