Lionsfield House

Lionsfield House accommodates up to 11 younger adults and older people with mental health needs in an adapted residential property. At inspection, 10 people lived at the home, with single occupancy bedrooms featuring ensuite facilities and various communal spaces. The service includes a separate training flat to support people's transition towards independent living. One person received personal care support at the time of inspection.

The home experienced management instability that resulted in inadequate provider oversight. Staff lacked necessary support and guidance during this period, and concerns about quality and safety were not identified or addressed. This led to missed opportunities to improve service safety.
