Butts Croft House

Butts Croft House provides care and accommodation for up to 35 people, predominantly older people living with dementia, alongside younger people with dementia. The home also offers temporary beds for people requiring further care or assessment following hospital discharge. At the time of inspection, 27 people were living at the home.

The provider had restructured the management team to build resilience and strengthen audit processes to identify and address areas for improvement. An external quality assurance system had been reintroduced to support the service's development.
