Policies, procedures, and risk assessments were in place to manage potential pandemic outbreaks, with clear protocols for staff and resident testing. The registered manager demonstrated clarity about actions to take if residents displayed symptoms of illness. The provider had also considered measures to promote staff wellbeing and retention.
