Broadway Lodge Residential Home provides personal and nursing care to 17 residents aged 65 and over in one adapted building with capacity for 18 people. During the inspection, concerns were identified regarding the provider's governance systems, which had not detected several shortfalls at the service. Monitoring of certain areas remained inconsistent, and recording issues persisted in recruitment files and accident and incident records. Additionally, there was no formal system in place to assess and calculate appropriate nighttime staffing levels based on residents' individual care needs.
