Greville House

Greville House is a nursing home accommodating up to 59 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 56 residents were living at the service. The home is managed by Care UK Partnerships, a national provider of health and social care services.

Residents and relatives expressed satisfaction with the service, praising its positive, open and inclusive culture. People felt well-informed, knew the staff and management team, and felt able to raise concerns. Residents had good relationships with staff and spoke highly of them.

Medicines were being administered as prescribed, though some systems for monitoring medicines management were not consistently implemented and required improvement to ensure safe practice.
