Atfield House

Atfield House accommodates 63 people across three units, providing nursing care for those with dementia and frail elderly care needs. Staff prioritize person-centred care, taking time to understand each person's individual needs, wishes, and what quality of life means to them. By identifying activities that interest residents, the home helps develop their confidence and sense of purpose, encouraging independence and self-esteem. Staff support people to have choice and control over their daily lives, motivating residents to try new things and maintain their wellbeing.
