Lynde House

Lynde House provides nursing and personal care for up to 76 older adults across two units, around half of whom live with dementia. The CQC carried out a focused, unannounced check after concerns were raised about medicines handling, and rated the service Good overall. Inspectors found people were kept safe, risks were managed well, and staffing levels and training were sufficient.

People and relatives described staff as kind and compassionate, with privacy and dignity respected during personal care. Managers were visible, approachable and responsive to feedback, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. External professionals also praised the home's management and quality of care.
