Risk assessments are regularly reviewed and updated, and any safeguarding concerns, accidents, or incidents are properly reported and investigated.

The home demonstrates strong recruitment and training practices, with staff appropriately trained in medicine administration and infection prevention and control procedures. Personal protective equipment is used safely and effectively in line with current legislation. The service is well-led with an honest, open, and transparent culture that prioritises residents' wellbeing and supports them in the least restrictive way possible.
