Greenwood

Greenwood provides short stay respite care for up to 15 young people and adults with learning disabilities, who may also have physical disabilities, sensory impairments or mental health issues. The service accommodated 140 people over the past year, with stay lengths tailored to individual and family needs. The purpose-built home features two floors with large communal areas, 13 en suite bedrooms, and two additional rooms designed for people with acute sensory needs, surrounded by an accessible garden.

The service delivers planned, coordinated person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive. Care is designed to enable people to live full lives with meaningful control, choice and independence.
