Care plans and risk assessments protect people's safety and well-being, and the environment is clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Visitors noted the pleasant atmosphere, commenting "Always a lovely smell of home cooking and it's very clean."

The service maintains sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs and follows safe recruitment practices. Accidents and incidents are recorded to prevent future occurrences. Staff support residents with maximum choice and control, using the least restrictive approaches in their best interests. An effective management team provides strong leadership, communicating well with residents, families, and health professionals. The management team is approachable and available to all.
