Trafalgar House accommodates up to eight people with learning disabilities and autistic support needs. At inspection, seven people were using the service. Staff support residents to live full and active lives, with people encouraged to make their own decisions about food and drink.

Inspectors observed staff actively engaging and talking with residents.

Safety systems are well established, with risks assessed and managed effectively. Infection control measures protect people, and staffing levels are adequate to meet residents' needs. Medicines are managed safely, and staff receive the training and support necessary to provide effective care.
