St Vincent's Care Limited provides residential care for up to 24 people in a single adapted building, currently supporting 15 residents. At inspection, people were found to be safe and protected from harm. Risk management documentation was regularly reviewed and updated, and staff had been recruited safely. The team knew residents well and were trained in medicines management, ensuring safe storage, administration and recording of medication. The service maintained high cleanliness standards with staff appropriately using personal protective equipment when providing support.
