Ash Grove Care Home

Ash Grove provides residential care to up to 30 people, including those living with dementia and various health conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, and mobility needs. At inspection, 26 people were using the service. People lived safely with appropriate risk assessments in place that reflected their individual health and social care needs. Staff knew residents well and had been recruited safely. Trained staff administered medicines correctly, with appropriate recording and secure storage. The service maintained high standards of cleanliness.
