At inspection, 26 people were using the service. People lived safely with appropriate risk assessments in place that reflected their individual health and social care needs.

Staff knew residents well and had been recruited safely. Trained staff administered medicines correctly, with appropriate recording and secure storage. The service maintained high standards of cleanliness.
