Greensand House

People and relatives described staff as kind, caring and respectful, though some felt staff were not always available to spend meaningful time with them. Medicines were managed safely, and recruitment processes were sound. The CQC found a person-centred culture with good leadership, effective quality assurance, and a range of activities on offer.
