Cedarwood Lodge (Active Prospects)

Cedarwood Lodge provides accommodation and care for up to five people with learning and physical disabilities. The current manager, who has been in post for three months, demonstrates good knowledge of their responsibilities and is applying to become the registered manager. Safeguarding procedures are in place and staff show a clear understanding of these. Staff presence is good, with team members reporting sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs at all times.
