Wood Close

Wood Close provides accommodation and personal support for up to six adults with learning disabilities, with five people using the service at inspection. The home has systems in place to protect people from abuse and neglect, with staff trained in safeguarding. Risk assessments relating to people's care are managed safely, and the premises are well maintained with suitable infection control processes. Staff are recruited through appropriate vetting procedures and the home maintains adequate staffing levels to ensure safe care.

People are supported to maintain their health, including assistance with eating and drinking, and medicines are managed safely. The service continues to meet the regulations assessed.
