Grandville Lodge Limited

Grandville Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 19 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 18 people were resident at the service.

People receive safe care, with staff demonstrating clear awareness of their safeguarding responsibilities and having completed relevant training. Policies and procedures are in place to protect people from abuse and avoidable harm. The service responds appropriately when accidents or incidents occur, and risks related to people's care needs and the physical environment are regularly assessed, monitored and managed. Recruitment checks are completed before staff begin work.
