Glenfield House Nursing Home

Glenfield Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 46 people aged 65 and over across an adapted three-storey building with lounges, dining areas, and lift access. At the time of inspection, 40 people were resident at the home.

People praised the staff who supported them. The home employed sufficient staff who understood how to keep residents safe and were aware of risks to their health and wellbeing. Care plans documented individual health risks that staff referred to regularly. The registered provider conducted background checks on potential staff to ensure their suitability for working with residents.
