People praised the staff who supported them. The home employed sufficient staff who understood how to keep residents safe and were aware of risks to their health and wellbeing. Care plans documented individual health risks that staff referred to regularly.

The registered provider conducted background checks on potential staff to ensure their suitability for working with residents.
