The CQC rated the service Good overall, an improvement on its previous requires improvement rating. Inspectors found staff assessed and managed risks well, with enough experienced staff in place to keep people safe and meet their needs.

People and relatives spoke positively about the care provided, describing staff as kind and responsive. People were supported to make decisions about their care, with best interest processes followed where capacity was lacking. Medicines were managed appropriately, and people were helped to access external healthcare services when needed.
