The home accommodates 29 people across three separate units—Bearwood, Hollywood and Ladywood—each with its own communal area, quiet room and kitchenette. Residents have en-suite facilities in their rooms. The service provides personal and nursing care for people with complex mental health and physical care needs, with each unit offering specialist adapted facilities tailored to individual requirements.

During inspection, the provider demonstrated safe management of people's risk of falls, with appropriate measures in place to protect residents from harm.
