This purpose-built residential care home provides personal care and nursing for up to 30 people across three separate units: Otter, Fox and Squirrel. Each unit supports 10 people with complex health needs including rare forms of dementia, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and brain injury and neurological disorders. At the time of inspection, 24 people were living at the home.

Staff have access to an interactive bespoke app that provides guidance and information on wellbeing and alternative support resources available to them.
