The Limes CHN

The Limes provides accommodation and personal care to up to 76 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 51 people were residing at the service.

The home has safeguarding systems in place to keep people safe. Staff understand the risks to residents and follow assessments to meet their individual needs. People feel safe and are supported by staff trained in protecting them from harm. The provider recruits staff safely and maintains adequate staffing levels to support residents' needs. Staff follow established infection control procedures, and risks to people's health and wellbeing are regularly assessed.
