Glendon House accommodates up to 36 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 28 people were residing at the home.

The home demonstrated strong infection control measures. All visitors had their temperature checked and were asked to sanitise their hands before entering. Visitors were required to put on Personal Protective Equipment in the porch area, and clear signage on the building exterior advised people not to enter if they had COVID-19 symptoms, instructed them on PPE requirements, and reminded them to maintain social distancing.
