Cranleigh provides personal and nursing care for up to eight younger adults with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, eight people were living at the service. The home is designed to support residents in living full, meaningful lives with choice, control, and independence. People using the service receive planned and coordinated person-centred support tailored to their individual needs.
