Tamar House

Tamar House accommodates up to 21 adults, including those living with dementia, across two levels in an adapted building. The home features shared living areas including a lounge and dining room, along with a wheelchair accessible garden and patio area.

Care plans and risk assessments are in place and regularly reviewed to ensure they remain person-centred and reflective of each person's needs. Staff demonstrate good familiarity with the people they support and their individual requirements.
