Beauchamp Court

Beauchamp Court is a care home providing support to adults with physical and health related needs, including some people living with dementia. The CQC rated the service good overall. Inspectors found staff delivered safe, person-centred care that supported people's wellbeing, choice and independence, with timely referrals to health professionals when needed.

Some concerns were identified around medicines management, but the registered manager acted quickly to address these once raised. People and relatives spoke warmly of the staff and management, describing them as caring, respectful and attentive, with good communication and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.
