Signature at Weybridge

Signature at Weybridge accommodates up to 110 people, providing personal care and support to older people living with physical, health and dementia-related needs. During the inspection, 68 residents were receiving care at the home.

Residents reported feeling safe with staff, who provided timely assistance when needed while encouraging independence. Staff demonstrated good knowledge of individual residents and delivered personalised support tailored to their specific requirements. Those with particular health and care needs received appropriate support to maintain their safety and wellbeing.
