Glebe Villa

Glebe Villa is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with a learning disability. Following a previous rating of requires improvement, the CQC found the home had made significant progress and it is now rated good, with earlier breaches around staff recruitment, training and governance resolved.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, involved in decisions about their care, and supported to build skills and take part in community life. Staff were well trained and consistent, leadership was described as approachable and visible, and relatives spoke positively about attentive, stable staff teams and regular contact with management.
