Visions Care Home provides residential personal and nursing care for four younger adults with learning disabilities in one adapted building. The service focuses on enabling people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence through person-centred support. Staff demonstrated good knowledge of safeguarding processes, and people felt safe in their care. Sufficient staff were available to meet people's needs safely, and medicines were managed appropriately. Care plans and risk assessments were current and regularly reviewed, clearly outlining how to support each person.
