The residential care home provides personal care to up to five people with mental health needs. Currently, four residents live there, several of whom have been with the service for a number of years.

Residents receive good care and support from staff who understand their needs well. The long-standing relationships between residents and staff mean carers are skilled at identifying signs of mental health deterioration and providing appropriate support. Residents are encouraged to maintain independence in many areas of their lives, which staff actively support.

Staff are well supported in their roles, receiving regular training to keep their knowledge current and relevant. They report feeling supported and able to raise any concerns or issues that arise.
