The Turrets Residential Care Home

The Turrets provides nursing and personal care for up to 19 residents. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with 19 people living there.

Residents expressed feeling safe and secure in the home. One person said, "I feel safe. I am not frightened," while another noted they chose to stay in their room during the outbreak and felt protected there. When able to go out, residents took precautions like wearing masks to protect themselves and others.

Staff demonstrated strong teamwork and mutual support. Team members described having a good working relationship, stating they were pulling together to support one another during challenging circumstances.
