Gifford House Care Home

Gifford House provides personal and nursing care for up to 102 older people across four units spread over two floors. At the time of inspection, 82 people were receiving nursing care, some of whom were living with dementia. Each unit has separate communal areas including dining rooms and lounges.

Inspectors found improvements since the previous inspection, with people being supported safely. However, the home needs to strengthen quality checks and management oversight to ensure people consistently receive safe, good quality care.
