Parklands Nursing Home

Parklands Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 54 residents. At the time of inspection, 51 people were being supported at the service. People and their relatives gave positive feedback about their experience. One resident said, "I join in activities, and we can have a good laugh," while a relative commented, "The staff are all kind and attentive."

Care is planned and delivered to ensure people's safety and welfare. Staff have undergone appropriate recruitment checks and received suitable training. The home has systems in place to minimise infection risks and learn from accidents and incidents. Medicines are dispensed safely and appropriately.
