Florence Mill Care Home

Florence Mill provides nursing and personal care for up to 150 older adults, including those living with dementia, across four single-story units. At the time of inspection, 122 people were living in the home.

Inspectors found that while some improvements had been made to medicines management since the previous inspection, safety concerns remained. The home's governance systems had identified areas needing improvement but had not been robust enough to implement the necessary changes effectively.
