Belong Warrington Care Village

Belong Warrington Care Village supports up to 73 older people and younger adults living with dementia and physical disabilities across six adapted households. At inspection, 63 people were living at the service. Staff undergo pre-employment recruitment checks and disclosure and barring service checks to ensure safeguarding.

The inspection identified a need to strengthen staffing arrangements. Inspectors recommended that the skill set, experience and knowledge of staff be carefully considered to ensure people receive consistent, high-quality care from appropriately matched staff members.
